Q. How much do you charge?

A. Our fees are listed on the website here.

Q. What kind of payments do you accept?

A. We can accept digital payments (Bit or PayBox) as well as cash.

Q. What are your working days and hours?

A. We take appointments on Sundays through Fridays (excluding holidays) during these hours:

Sunday: 9:00 - 19:00

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 - 19:00

Friday: 8:00 - 12:00

Q. What does your service* include?

A. Sweeping & washing floors, scrubbing counters, full bathroom cleaning, 

and general tidying up around your home.

* To save time & work more efficiently, please make sure the areas you'd like cleaned are easily accessible.

Q. Do you do windows?

A. Basic window cleaning is included. If you're looking for someone to remove the glass panes from the window frames, we can recommend a professional window cleaning company. 

Q. Why can't I book an appointment?

A. If the time slots are greyed out, it means that someone else has scheduled an appointment.

Of course, you can always contact us for additional help.

Q. I didn't receive an email confirmation. How can I confirm my appointment?

A. After clicking on "Confirm Booking", an email is automatically sent to the email address in the form. If you didn't receive an email, please check your spam folder & make sure you entered the email address correctly.


Q. How do I reschedule or cancel an appointment?

A. You can change your appointment at any time by opening the email confirmation and clicking on the reschedule/cancel links. Please note that last-minute cancellations include a fee for 100% of the cost.


Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A.  We understand; life happens and sometimes you need to cancel an appointment.

Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of the full amount.

Q. Is there a minimum number of hours?

A. We require a minimum of 3 hours. It's our way of making sure the job is done right.

Q. What kind of cleaning supplies should I have when you arrive?

A. If you'd like us to use your cleaning supplies, it's best to make sure you have the following:

  • broom and standing dustpan

  • mop

  • floor soap

  • floor rag

  • bucket

  • multi-purpose cleaning spray

  • glass cleaner (like Windex)

  • toilet cleaner & brush

  • paper towels

  • several cleaning cloths
